I had bytext since ever.
You remember the nice part pages with background picture
and subtitle? This two pages (part & empty back) are
not counted, the page numbering "jumps over them".
(They mustn't show a pagina.)
I just sent a preview of the book to the editors,
but I've to fix much more...
