Hi,

I try to get a \placelist right. It should look like this

+----------------------------------+
* first
* second
* third which is very very ...
+----------------------------------+

I actually don't understand when the frame=on,symbol=1 etc stuff becomes
active and when not. Depending on the "alternative=" they seem to be
active or not.

I have so far:

--------------------------<cut>--------------------------
  {\startframedtext[background=MyOverlay,
                         frame=no,
                         width=\textwidth,
                        offset=25pt]
   \placelist[Subject][alternative=b, % or a
                             width=15pt,
                             hight=fit,
                       interaction=all,
                          maxwidth=\hsize,
                            symbol=1,
                        pagenumber=no]
   \stopframedtext}
--------------------------<cut>--------------------------

I don't really understand this maxwidth. The only thing which is not
working is the "..." part for long entries.

--- OR ---

Using alternative=f: Now I miss the symbol and the spacing before and
after the list is to big.\x18
