\subformulanumber no longer working

Hi,

I have something like this:

it was definitly working, but now it causes error messages.

If I remove the \placeformula (and replace the \[sub]formulanumber by ""
(so a, b and c remain)) everything works as expected.

Please send me a bug fix soon.
