m-units and \Angstrom again

Some old nuisance still present in the latest beta: the use of \Angstrom.

causes this error message:

Strangely, I noticed that \Angstrom is defined without loading the unit 
module. And in this case, it behaves as expected...

For the moment, patch m-units with an \hbox:

Works for the moment. But let me remind you that using an \hbox is not a
good permanent solution: it will not adapt its size when used in 
fractions etc.
And to insist: why is \Angstrom defined without the unit module, and in 
a different way than by the module?
