After upgrading to the latest version of pdftex (DJGPP variant) and to the
today's release of context I tried how my .pdf output would look like. In
the old versions I got a typed page that was off the margins of the pages.

Alas, the same thing still happens. The file inserted below compiles o.k.
but the printed page starts way too low on the PDF page and also way too
much to the right so that the lines all fall off the right side of the
page.

Where could the error be? I wonder in slight despair. This morning I told
my publisher, on his return from vacation, about the progress that has
been made and the interactivity that's now easy to accomplish... ;=} Lucky
me, he didn't ask a demo! At the time I was almost ready downloading all
new stuff, confident that I was all set to go...
