Bibtex lowercases the initial letters in the titles. This is the feature
that makes bibliography uniform. If you want to preserve uppercase
letters, write:
title ="Eetgewoonten bij {E}uropeanen en {A}merikanen",
or another example, if you want to write about last-days evergreen:
title = "About {SVG} format",
