not a bug, this is the expected behaviour of \definefont.

Yes. \definefont defines a single font (hence it's name).
What you actually need is a full-blown bodyfont switch:
\def\SectionStyle{%
\switchtobodyfont[rm,20pt]
\setupinterlinespace[line=30pt]
}
