Unfortunately, AFAIK there are two drawbacks: 1) From some time the hyphen started to be defined \def\compoundhyphen{\hbox{-\kern-.25ex-}} but for Czech is better: \def\compoundhyphen{-} I intend to incorporated it to Czech support.
