Thank you Robert, it works now. I was missing the \from[], and \url[] only
prints the url, it does not link to it. So the following works:
=================================================
\setupcolors[state=start]
\setupinteraction[state=start,color=darkgreen]
\setupurl [color=darkgreen]
\useURL
[Adobe]
[http://partners.adobe.com/public/developer/en/font/5091.Design_MM_Fonts.pdf]
[]
[{\tt
http://partners.adobe.com/public/developer/en/font/5091.Design\_MM\_Fonts.pdf}]
\starttext
\from[Adobe].
\stoptext
=================================================
Thank you very much Robert (Nikolai too)!
Idris
