I do not know what this LATeX package is able to do. However in Context
you can use
\startalignment[middle] %[left] or [right]
...
\stopalignment
You may play with
\startnarrower[left] %[3*left] [right] or whatever you want the
indentation to be.
...
\stopnarrower
You can use
\starlines
...
\stoplines
