for that one you need to run

texfont --encoding=texnansi --batch type-tmf.dat

(since you are familiar with texnansi .... although better than ec, this 
encoding was never really supported in distributions, only by mouh, 
which is why you need to generate metrics yourself)

use texfont (or take cont-fnt from the website)
