I don't quite understand what does the "naming scheme " mean, I'm not an expert in TeXing. Most TeX users using LaTeX coupled with CJK or CCT to typeset Chinese. This does a good job in processing Chinese, and it can produce PDF files in which the Chinese characters can be copyed and pasted to the other place. I'll find someone to ask what is todays standard naming scheme about TeX in china.
