Well, I think one uses most of the time different fonts for Chinese and=20 non-CJK texts as many Chinese fonts don't include that many roman=20 letters (at least the ones quoted at=20 http://wiki.contextgarden.net/Chinese miss the =C3=9F and =C3=A4).
