All,
How come \resetquestion in this source does not work as advertised in
the manual?
I also tried \setquestion{0} to no avail.

The implementation has changed, and apparently this definition
has slipped our attention. You can use
\resetnumber[question]
instead. Btw, I think you were looking for
\setupenumeration[question][way=bysection,sectionnumber=no]
in that other message.
