Hello,
Could anyone give some tips how to make Docbook work with context? I
followed the documentation, but somehow it does not work. This would, i
believe, also solve Johannes' problem.

Please elaborate that.
( show your converting XSL files, show your XML source files
show which (unwanted) results you get)

it's no real problem to implement docbook; is someone collects the
relevant elements and posts questions here (so that i can post solutions
stepwise) ... i don't use docbook myself
