Hi Taco,

Although I do not have a recent version installed on my box at work.

When I installed mswincontext on that box, which is a 98 Windows, I had 
to install also 4DOS. This solved the problem with
the environment.
4DOS for Windows 98 is free of charge in the meantime: 
http://jpsoft.com/download.html
