There is a typo in type-buy.tex. There is one line that contains
\definefontsynonym [MathRomanBold] [LucidaNewMath-Demibold]
but it should be:
\definefontsynonym [MathRomanBold] [LucidaNewMath-DemiBold]
(capital B on the last Bold)
