Hi Hans,
I'm currently building up a new tree, based on your minimal system.
Everything works fine, except figure inclusion from data bases. I
finally traced it down to the following typo(s)
(x-fig-00.tex | x-fig-04.tex) :
\def\dogetfigurefilename#1%
{\ifx\figurefilename\empty
\bgroup
\xdef\figurefilebasepath{#1}%
\assignfullfilename{#1}\figurefilebase\to\filename
\expanded{\processXMLfilegrouped{\filename.xml}}%
\ifx\figurefilename\empty\else
\globallet\figurefilebase\figurefilebase
^^^^
should be \filename, else the path to the database pdf is missing
\fi
\egroup
\fi}
Greetings, Peter
