Most of my old documents seem to be fine, but I have a problem with an 
overlay I normally use to create a "DRAFT" watermark on pages. Here is 
the definition of the overlay

in my document frontpart. However, with the new version of ConTeX I get 
errors as soon as I enable it:

I can eliminate the error by turning off the watermark, but I do still 
need to be able to have the watermark during document revisions. I can't 
seem to figure out what is causing the error; can anyone offer 
suggestions/alternatives/fixes?

In the external pdf files, is a bounding boxes present and correct
(try "pdfinfo -box file.pdf")?  It's just my wild guess, but maybe
somewhere the context code is dividing by 0 because a dimension is
missing?

All -
    Well, I found that if I change the "scale" from [factor=max] to 
[sx=<number>,sy=<number>], it would work again. Thanks for the 
suggestions. The problem seems to be related to trying to figure out the 
size to match "max" to, although [factor=fit] failed as well.
