\enableregime [utf] or [utf-8]?

\enableregime [utf] or [utf-8]?

I've been reading a bit the docs and it seems they're a bit ambigious when it 
(at least wiki) comes to regimes — is it \enableregime[utf] or 
\enableregime[utf-8] ...both? All three??
