border of the first line is not drawn ?
There is a border around the first row but you can't see it because the
color of the frame is white.
The reason for this is the "foregroundstyle=white"
setting you have for the first row which should be
"foregroundcolor=white". You mixed the keys for the style and color
setting for the text in the cell.
