beta: image inclusion from xml database broken in mkiv

Hi Hans,

can you have a look at the image inclusion from xml databases in mkiv?
Compilation breaks, saying that it couldn't find the corrosponding 
<libname>.xml file. No problems with mkii.
If you can't reproduce this with one of your figure databases, I can 
make a minimal example.

examples always help ...

anyhow, the whole figure location mechanism for mkiv will be rewritten 
(already done on my machine) but integrated when we have lua driven 
image inclusion (on its way)
