However, if it does not fit onto the page, it will be moved to the top of the next page. This is not always wonderful, as it splits paragraphs into two parts (the paragraph starts on page n-1, then the float is placed on top of page n, and the same paragraph continues on page n, after the float). This is very annoying to read, as you expect the paragraph text to continue when you turn, or in the digital, pdf-world, move to the next page. Is there any possibility to automatically place floats after/before a paragraph without splitting a paragraph into two parts? Instead of moving the float to the top of page n, ConTeXt should first try to place it on the top of the paragraph which refers to it, if the float still does not fit, ConTeXt should try to place it after the next paragraph, but not in the middle of a paragraph. We have been using ConTeXt on an experimental workflow to produce scientific journal articles.
