\usetypescript[modern-base][t2a] \setupbodyfont[modern] Should work in MkII if you have cm-super font package installed, but doesn't work for me, so I personally use my own typescript with custom fonts. Maybe someone can help me figure out why ConTeXt doesn't try to generate .tfm's for cm-super? Is there some command to increase verbosity?
