Try

\expanded{\fieldNameSection{*\getvalue{CrudCampo:NombreCampoGUIVAL}*}}

The bib module had a similar problem, that is why I have:

   \unprotect
   \long\def\bibdoifelse#1%
     {\@EA\def\@EA\!!stringa\@EA{#1}%
      \ifx\!!stringa\empty
        \expandafter\secondoftwoarguments
      \else
        \expandafter\firstoftwoarguments
      \fi}
    \protect
