Hallo,

what is 'frameoffset' for? There seems to be no difference with and
without this key.

----------------------------------
\setupcolors[state=start]
\definetextbackground[strong]
  [backgroundcolor=lightgray,
   location=paragraph,
   frame=on,
   frameoffset=5mm]

\starttext
bla

\starttextbackground[strong]
zack
\stoptextbackground

blub
\stoptext
------------------------------------

Wolfgang

frameoffset only seems to do something useful in horizontal mode.
Try this, to see what it does:

\starttext
A\framed[frameoffset=5mm]{B}A
\stoptext

Best wishes,
Taco

Hallo,

I asked this question a week ago, but got no answer.

Does anybody know what is 'frameoffset' for?

I can not see any difference with and without this parameter.

----------------------------------
\setupcolors[state=start]
\definetextbackground[strong]
  [backgroundcolor=lightgray,
   location=paragraph,
   frame=on,
   frameoffset=5mm]

\starttext
bla

\starttextbackground[strong]
zack
\stoptextbackground

blub
\stoptext
------------------------------------
