Just synced context with the latest distribution in the garden. Ahhh! 
context --make gives an error:

Hi Vyatcheslav,

This error is shown while generating metatex.fmt.
All other formats including cont-xp.fmt are generated successful here.

I think, you do not really need this format.

then just do a manual --make:

context --make en
