\seeindex problems

\seeindex problems

hi,

\seeindex gets me the follwing error (see bellow). This error is the 
same as described in 
http://www.ntg.nl/pipermail/ntg-context/2004/005992.html. This message 
is too old. I just want to now how can I solve it (not there is three 
cont-new: cont-new.tex, cont-new.mkii and cont.new.mkiv). I have this 
version of MKII:

texexec --version
TeXExec | version 6.2.0 - 1997-2006 - PRAGMA ADE/POD


in ubuntu.

maybe you have a bugged version (core-reg.tex can also contain that code)

anyhow, replace the first \else by \or

in whatever you can find on your system; the latest versions don't have 
core-reg any more

Can you report it to ubuntu developers and sent them a patch. I have the 
latest version of ubuntu 8.10 installed.

if have no time to keep up with / test / etc  all those distributions 
and since norbert does a pretty good job in updating the tex packages 
used in all debian derivates i expect fixes to show up eventually

you only attached core-reg.mkii

your previous log mentioned something

so two else's ..

maybe you can update to the latest version?
