(1) the loop in mkiv ... something fishy with lastnode; temp solution:
\let\removeunwantedspaces\relax
(2) fix your bib file (. outside "")
(3) check math modes: \startmytheorem Per a tota presentació {\cal P} =
\langle X \mid R \rangle, $\iota(X)$ genera $G({\cal P})$.
