Now I have a minimal example with the same result. Please, see the docs 
attached. the invocation of \cite produces empty references.

I get (in memoria-ng.log):

chapter         : 1 Preliminars
publications    : warning: cite argument grillet unknown on 139
references      : unknown reference [][0]


Can you help me show me where is the error?
