Hi,

When using tilde in a url, it gets converted to a space.

\useURL[test][http://somewhere/~something]

\starttext \from[test] \stoptext

temp. workaround
\useURL[test][http://somewhere/\lettertilde something]
\starttext \from[test] \stoptext

fixed in next beta (also breaking over lines)
