I use MKII. \page[yes] and \page[left] works but \page[blank] does not.
Why? How can I get blank pages?

Depends. If you add some stuff to the first page you get what you want.
I guess that otherwise the page builder is not called.

Could it be because I do \page[blank] after \input file ?
