Hi,
I should give a presentation tomorrow. - It appears that Mr. Murphy
is looking into this him self...
Seriously, when issuing \goto{start here}[somefile::] results in no
message that there is something amiss. However Acrobat Reader tells,
that the file is not found.
Please refer to the attached minimal file.

does \goto{start here}[file(somefile)] work?
