context.exe is just a stub that effectively calls

   mtxrun.exe --script context

so that's why I suggested it as it might be that there is no context.exe 
in the path.

ah, interesting; it makes me wonder why the doc search path is consulted 
in the firstplace (maybe mojca can simulate it on her machine as she did 
the miktex testing)
