Nevertheless, one more question: with the example I sent, the "high" setting for footnotes always begins on the page preceding the paragraph where the \setupnote[footnote][location=high] is put into the text. Is there a rule which governs this behavior? Or: haw can I make sure it is indeed applied to one page only?
