I am desperately (not much time left) looking for the solution of this error:
! Undefined control sequence.
system > tex > error on line 11 in file crypto2011-08-25.tex: Undefined control sequence ...
l.11 \startlocalenvironment
[college]
ConTeXt ver: 2011.07.13 20:14 MKIV fmt: 2011.7.14 int: english/english
As of the end of may I had this working without problems. Is the environment-document structure broken or has it been changed without forward compatibility?

Hans removed localenvironments a while ago.

As Wolfgang mentioned, local environments are gone. For a long time now
we have \startsetups ... \stopsetups and \startmode ... \stopmode as
variant of that.
