Do you want either:

\setuplist
    [section]
    [prefix=no,
     sectionnumber=no,
     headnumber=no]

\starttext
\startsubject[title={\bfb Suppentopf}]
    \placelist[section][criterium=all]
\stopsubject

or:

\setuplist
    [section]
    [prefix=no,
     sectionnumber=no,
     headnumber=no]

\definecombinedlist
   [MeinInhalt]
   [section]

\starttext
\startsubject[title={\bfb Suppentopf}]
    \placecombinedlist[MeinInhalt][criterium=all]
\stopsubject

?

Best wishes,
Taco
