Hello ConTeXist.

The thing I'm interested.
It is possible to achieve that arose at the bottom of an emptyspace and
was fully utilized the entire page?
Here is an minimal example:

\definecombination
     [overviewpage]
     [distance=\zeropoint,
      inbetween=,
     ]
\setuplayout[page]
\startTEXpage
\startcombination[overviewpage][2*1]
{\framed{Hello}}{\framed{Hello}}
{\framed{Hello}}{\framed{Hello}}
\stopcombination
\stopTEXpage

Thanx Jaroslav
