Hi Luiz,
The PSPad can run many external programs (. BAT. EXE). You can set 
several compilers for a given file type (ie LaTeX compilation, LuaTEX, 
ConTeXt, XeTEX, ...) and i autocompletations. This can be set quite 
easily (three or four click on setup menu ...)..
