But I would like to have two automatically-generated lists from the \dict command. The first list should contain all \dict entries alphabetically ordered. The second list should contain all \dict entries but grouped by page in which they occur (having a \subject{Page [number]} title) and alphabetically ordered. I don't even know what to search. Does anyone know how to generate these two additional lists?
