You can add this:
\checkcharactersinfont
and get missing characters reported to the terminal. Unfortunately I
forgot () when adapting this command to the command namespace ...
\unexpanded\def\checkcharactersinfont
{\ctxcommand{checkcharactersinfont()}}
(fixed in next beta)
