[NTG-context] no packed in current latest (LMTX only)

Dear list,

after updating to current latest (from 2023.09.03 19:03), packed list
doesn’t seem to work in LMTX:

  \starttext
  \startTEXpage[offset=1em]
  \startitemize[packed]
  \item item
  \item item
  \stopitemize
  \stopTEXpage
  \stoptext

MkIV gets packed lists just right.

Could anyone confirm this?

hm, accidently removed line ... (there have been some 'additions' to 
itemize wrt tabulated items which makes things even more complex)
