You have to wikify all the answers ... here's another one:
\doloopovermatch {([^\letterpercent s,]+)} {aa, bb, cc, dd} {/#1/}
or more complex matching:
\doloopovermatch {(\letterpercent w+) *(\letterpercent w*)} {aa bb cc dd} {
