Hello again,
I looked at the definition of \nomarking (\geenmarkering) to see when it
produces the ... but I didn't find anything, excpet something with \unknown
(?). I need to suppress completely the dots or at least to change it to
something else.

(should be configurable, maybe \definesymbol[marking][\unknown] or
\setuphead[...] ... so you may want to submit a feature request to bugzilla)
for the moment say:
\let\nomarking\space
[the def is in core-mar.tex)
