Hi!

when I use windows encoding and cedilles I get :

! Undefined control sequence.
ç->\cdedille 
             {}
l.110 était posé de faç
                       on succincte :

Is it a bug?

To typeset source code I use texexec --module (with good styles :-) ) but I get :

indeed, it should be \cedilla, this is already solved in later versions; 
you can go to /tex/context/base in your tree and grep for cedille and 
change them into cedilla and regenerate the format. Then it should work.
