Hello,
I'm writing a novel and I want to take full advantage of the
electronic publishing capabilities by providing it with multiple
ends.
I know the proper way to do this is to use PDF "threads", so I
wanted to know if ConTeXt had some high-level interface for these.

yes, see versions and profiles; alternatively one can easily build link
based threads which are more robust [i'll explain this to you at eurotex]
