has anyone got an installation handbook? The one that explains
how to install context?
If you have one, I'd be happy if you could put it somewhere on
the web and send me apointer to it. The pragma-ade.com is still
down. Please do not send me a version with email. Thank you in
advance.

that one is in the distribution (and therefore ends up under the doc
subtree); there is also the ntg mirror: www.ntg.nl -> context and the fast
danish one.

It doesn't help with updates which are newer than the break-down of the
page, but else try this:
Go to google.com and search for "site:pragma-ade.com mirror" and use the
in-archive feature. Then you can see that http://dvi3.tiepmiep.dk/context/
is a www.pragma-ade.com mirror.

probably yes, beware of the cross doc page bug (patch posted to list recently)
