I try to set up a multiple line header text with \setupheadertexts, but
nothing works, it appears all on one long line. I want my header to appear
at the top of every page.
I'm trying to include my address info for a reworked resume...
\setupheadertexts[Foo Barnes\\
11223 Bar Road apt. #666\\
Razzle Bazzle, NY, 112233-0123]
But \\ and \crlf have no effect!
How can I get multi-line headertexts?? The above header does appear at the
top of every page, but it's all one giant long line.

That's fine, except your documentation says...
"\\ is available for setting up multiple lines in headers and footers"
Also, the \\ trick works fine in LaTeX.... <:)
