Hi Hans, and others!

I’d like to test these hyphenation patterns:

  http://www.ponomar.net/files/cuhyph.tex

At the moment, the names of the imported pattern sources are
hardcoded in mtx-patterns.lua. Could the script be extended to
allow for converting individual files?

I'll add support for

--specification=cu,lang-cu,seeme
