indeed as it's \ctxcommand
the \cldcommand does a context.doif an that one takes three arguments
so you've something to wikify: :
\starttext
A
\ctxlua{commands.doif(true)}{one}
B
\cldcommand{doif("a","a","two")}
C
\ctxcommand{doif(true)}{three}
D
\stoptext
